Here we have a summary of our delivery policy. Please have a read through and it should give you the options available along with answers to some frequency asked questions.
Feedback we have received
All delivery charges enable us to include a high standard of packaging to ensure your order gets to you in great condition. It will also be a tracked delivery so you can see where your item is during shipping.
You will see we have a large amount (over 1900) positive feedback comments which show both the quality of our product along with our delivery performance.

Delivery Options
Standard Delivery
Your delivery cost will be calculated automatically at the checkout page. This will be based on the following:
- Location of your delivery
- Number of items in the shipment
- Size of the tallest item
Our chosen courier is UPS and your delivery may be multiple shipments
We have a maximum shipping cost of £120 where we will use a private courier to deliver your items straight to your door. This is usually used when you have a large quality of items of a large number of doors over 1300mm in size.
Standard Collection
This option will be available to select at the checkout
Your item can be collected free of charge at:
Bulls Farm, Blackbrook, DE56 2DB.
You receive an email letting you know your items are ready to collect.
You will then need to organise a time and date to collect with us.
Delivery Frequently asked questions
We do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible. All items are manufactured to order and therefore, there can be unforeseen delays that impact getting your order finished.
If this happens we will strive to communicate any delays to your and keep you informed. If you have questions about where we are with your order please either log into your account to check the status or get in contact.
All items are manufactured to order, for both custom orders and items from our standard sizes. Even for small orders if we have a large amount going through the factory and it is a busy time of the year your order may take longer than our estimated time.
We do our best to keep you informed but please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you want an update. The best way to do that is via email or using our contact us page.
Yes you can have different addresses for shipping and billing. Just enter them in the respective parts of the checkout process and we will ship your items accordingly.
You are more than welcome to come and pick your order up from us. You can select this option at the checkout and will be given an estimated collection date and then an email when your order is ready to collect.

You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order. We will email you again with your invoice when your item has been dispatched from our warehouse. Where possible, this email will include the courier’s tracking details.

Depending on how your order is being delivered, the courier may be able to give you a window for delivery via the courier tracking number (which is usually UPS). If you are unable to be at home for the delivery, the courier may try to leave your order somewhere safe, or with a neighbour. If you are not going to be in, a clear note on the front door really helps the couriers. You can also get in contact with them directly to organise another delivery.
For large orders delivery is to kerbside only so please bear this in mind if you’re not going to be available on the day of delivery.
