These standard size plain MDF doors and drawer fronts have been designed to reduce the cost of your kitchen renovation. They also offer a cost effective replacement for your worn or old kitchen. These are solid MDF doors constructed using the latest machinery to give you a great finish to the door.

The doors make a great addition to your bedroom as wardrobe doors or in your bathroom under your sink. These doors are available in our standard sizes which fit a wide range of kitchens. If you want custom sizes please see our custom products where you can choose the size you need .

The doors are standard size plain MDF doors which gives you the option to finish them exactly as you want. You will need to prime them and finish them to ensure they are sealed. If you need any help don’t hesitate to get in touch.

These doors and drawers are 18mm thick with an 110mm or 85mm outer frame in a shaker style. If you would like a smaller or larger frame size please look at our other products. Get in touch if you can’t find what you are looking for.

Technical Data for MDF Doors

In order to ensure there is a clearance to open the door, doors and drawer fronts are generally a little smaller than their carcases. If you are not replacing old doors (which you can measure) please ensure you allow for this in your measurements.

Generally doors are 2mm smaller on height and 3mm smaller on width. 
You can of course choose whatever gap you want or need depending on your application.  

With the exception of drawer fronts, all doors are made using 85mm rails and 6mm centre panels. Depending on your requirements the frame size can be tailored to your requirements. This will be detailed in the item description. Doors over 1600mm high, come with a centre rail  in the same frame size in the centre of the door height. Please specify should you wish this rail to be at a different setting.

Drawer fronts up to 250mm are solid 18mm MDF. All drawer fronts (and doors) over this size have standard rails all round.

When hinge holes are ordered they are on 98mm centres, but can be drilled in any position required. If you want a different dimension please specify the preferred position by measuring from the top and/or bottom edge of the door to the centre of the 38mm hole. Doors over 1600mm high require 3 hinges as standard.
